Service scope
ChartCue summarizes public app-market information and links to source material. Rankings, prices, release notes, and related information can change or be incomplete. ChartCue does not guarantee accuracy, availability, market demand, revenue, legal compliance, or a business outcome.
Independent product
ChartCue is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple. Apple names and App Store references belong to their respective owners.
Acceptable use
You may use ChartCue for lawful internal research. Do not interfere with the service, attempt to access accounts or data without authorization, scrape the service at disruptive volume, or use the service in violation of law or third-party rights.
Subscriptions and payments
Email subscriptions are optional and can be cancelled at any time. Paid plans, when offered, are processed by Paddle and are subject to the checkout terms shown at purchase. Access, billing, cancellation, and refund terms will be presented before payment.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChartCue is provided as-is and as-available. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
