ChartCue provides evidence-backed market signals for app builders. This policy explains the limited information we process when you use the website or subscribe to market emails.
Information we collect
When you subscribe, we store your email address, selected interests, language, subscription status, confirmation time, and unsubscribe state. We use aggregate product events such as page views, subscription starts, confirmed subscriptions, checkout opens, and digest engagement. We do not collect files from your device, source code, local folders, payment-card data, or the contents of your private accounts.
Why we use it
We use subscription information to send requested ChartCue emails, handle confirmations and unsubscribes, prevent duplicate sends, and measure aggregate product performance. We use aggregate market data from Apple public feeds to provide the service.
Analytics and advertising
Necessary local storage runs the website. Google Analytics and Google advertising services load only after you choose analytics and advertising consent. You can choose necessary-only use in the consent banner. Provider processing is subject to the provider's own terms and privacy policies.
Service providers
We may use Resend to deliver email and Paddle to process purchases and subscriptions. Payment information is handled by Paddle; ChartCue does not store payment-card details. Data may be processed in countries where these providers operate.
Retention and choices
We retain subscription information while your subscription is active and for a limited period needed to maintain suppression records and meet legal obligations. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in an email or our public unsubscribe page. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting [email protected].
Changes
We may update this policy when the product or applicable law changes. The effective date above will be updated with material changes.
